The Second Assistant plays a role in supporting team operations, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling communications. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • 10%+ Additional Commission Bonus: If you close five or more accounts in a single month, you will receive a bonus of 10% or more on top of your commissions.
