At Léoniea, we take great pride in the quality of our wines and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a damaged product that was caused by the brand, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will gladly provide you with an account credit for the amount paid. Please note that refunds will need to be professionally assessed. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on products that have been tampered with.

We offer complimentary shipping on case orders within the United States, for all of our wine club members. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for delivery.

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and can be tracked using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. An adult of the age of 21 or older must be present to sign for the delivery. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
